Ticketing Snafu

I ordered 3 tickets sitting together, Section 108, Row CC, Seats 13-15 but when we got to our seats Saturday evening, seat 15 was no longer there due to the recent construction of Scottrade Center. What was disappointing is that this error was not caught when our tickets were scanned upon entrance to the Center. What was even more disappointing is that Scottrade Center staff did not move the entire group but simply moved my friend who had seat 15. This apparently was a problem during preseason hockey games too. I'm curious as to why it's taking so long to fix this issue.

I always love going to see the Blues. It seems the volume of the announcing was very very loud and should be turned down a bit. At the pregame rally, they moved it inside because of the weather. I had several friends who were on their way to the rally but did not have tickets to the game, after the outside rally was cancelled, before it started, they were not allowed to go inside because they did not have tickets to the game. The band inside was way too loud and the volume should be turned down. There is just a certain area for the happy hour and even at the furthest away from the band it was too loud to chat with friends. My seats are in the last row of the lower bowl, and the row is not wide at all. it was very difficult to get in and out if you needed to get something at the concession stand or use the restroom.

Grudge Game!

Great hockey game between rivals! Maybe because it's the start of the season (??), but the food here wasn't good....overcooked sausage on a cold, hard bun (couldn't eat it after spending $9!). Decided popcorn was a safe bet, so ordered the free refill size of PLAIN popcorn (they don't even have salt!) in the special container (which was a regular paper cup!) and ate that instead. The employees weren't even aware of what was supposed to be served on our sausages and we had to ask them to put on the toppings that were described on the board. My advice---eat before you get there! Aside from that, facility is nice, ample restrooms, and it was clean. Other problem we had was that the parking pass we bought from Ticketmaster was very difficult to find. After we got home (this was a weekend getaway), I saw that info was sent on Saturday for parking. Maybe send it sooner?
